Dr. Sameer Al-Zenki, has a Ph. D. in Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry (Food Microbiology), McGill University, Canada in 2001.
He is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) & The Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST): Food Microbiology Section. He has published 24 papers in Refereed Journal or Books/Patents, 13 for conference and proceedings, 12 final reports and 34 progress reports.
He has 28 years of experience in the field of Food Microbiology.
Currently he is a Science and Technology Director for Environment & Life Science Research Center (ELSRC).
